Bio

I came to ghostwriting from software engineering. I built payment and credit decisioning systems, and that background sharpened how I work: get the architecture right before polishing the prose, and never lose sight of what the whole thing is for.

Most of my ghostwriting is executive thought leadership for VCs, founders and leaders in fintech, crypto, and AI, with placements in American Banker, Forbes, CoinDesk, and Nasdaq. On the book side, I collaborate with authors on memoir, contemplative nonfiction, and business books.

I’ve written seven books of my own, including Writing from the Inside Out (Divine Arts / Michael Wiese Productions), and I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from New Mexico State University. I’ve taught writing at the University of Maryland Global Campus since 2013 and led international writing retreats in Italy, Mexico, and Indonesia.

What clients tend to hire me for is voice. A book should sound like the person whose name is on it. My job is to build one that holds together structurally and still reads like you on your best day.
