Bio
I’ve been writing books since I was a kid, and have a B.A. in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College. I’ve lived in the U.S. and Australia, and have traveled to over 30 countries — writing for clients, agencies, and international brands along the way.
My specialties are books about travel, technology, and culture. I love diving deep into a subject – from international currencies to immigration law – and I work from both primary sources and interviews with SMEs. I’ve written:
- a travel memoir about backpacking in Australia
- a history of cookware for a premium cookware company
- a guide to podcasting for a podcast production company
- white papers about water rights in agriculture for a GIS platform
I’m well-versed in both short- and long-form writing, including fiction and non-fiction. My current wishlist:
- a political memoir
- an LGBTQ+ business book
- a globetrotter’s guide to maps
I don’t use AI at any point in the writing process, and I don’t work from AI-generated drafts of outlines. If you’re interested in working with me, we’ll set up a call or video chat to discuss the scope of the project. Most full-length manuscripts take up to 6 months to complete.
