Matt Stern
Bio
Matt Stern is a ghostwriter, narrative strategist, and founder of Impact Ink, where he partners with leaders to transform lived experience into books and long-form narratives that create lasting impact.
He is not a literary academic by training—he is a problem solver. With over 20 years on Wall Street, an MBA, and a career spanning senior management and strategy roles, Matt brings a rare combination of commercial rigor, leadership insight, and storytelling precision to every project. He understands how ideas move people—and how stories move markets.
Writing has long been central to his professional DNA. Matt works closely with individuals and teams to capture memoirs, develop thought leadership, and craft books that cement authority and extend influence. His role goes beyond words on the page: he serves as a trusted partner, strategist, and advisor, ensuring narrative clarity, structural integrity, and alignment with a client’s broader goals.
Current and recent projects include a Ground Zero memoir with Emmy-winning sound editor Solange Schwalbe, and a faith- and resilience-driven memoir with Sheri Pellicotte, chronicling her family’s journey through tragedy, healing, and purpose. He previously helped write and publish Awaken Your Potential by Chad Reyes, with a foreword by John C. Maxwell.
Matt is known for his ability to step seamlessly into diverse voices, translate complexity into compelling narrative, and leave no loose ends. His work is collaborative, discreet, and commercially minded.
