Erika Tynes-Winston helps political experts, entertainers, and business leaders to successfully communicate their ideas, platforms and narratives. One of her superpowers is turning business-based narratives into compelling business memoirs.

Erika began her writing career as a newspaper journalist reporting on issues related to politics, social, and racial justice. After a detour into the practice of law, she returned to her senses and her love of writing, establishing herself as a respected book collaborator, writing coach, and developmental editor. She also returned to college two more times. The first time to earn her masters in Public Policy and the second time as a professor of Political Science.
