Leslie has a varied professional background––ranging from teaching French to directing a marketing department to running a small music school––which culminates beautifully in her ability to write from different professional points of view. Her many personal interests (music, travel, film, language learning, etymology, human anatomy and physiology, biodiversity––the list goes on!) all inform her ability to craft lush detail around anyone’s story. At Scribe, Leslie quickly carved out a niche as an excellent writer of memoirs and science knowledge-share books.
