At A Writer’s Eye, Kevin Quirk brings his skills, his 15 years of book-writing experience, his dedication, and his passion to assisting clients with nonfiction books in the areas of autobiography/memoirs, self-help, religion/spirituality, health, popular culture, business, politics, and other genres. As a ghostwriter, he is committed to the process of co-creating meaningful books while investing in the author’s hopes and dreams.
A former journalist, Kevin is the author of Not Now, Honey, I’m Watching the Game, a pioneer book on sportsaholicism featured on ABC’s 20/20, NPR, and the Washington Post, and is co-author of Brace for Impact: Miracle on the Hudson Survivors Share Their Stories of Near Death and Hope for New Life, featured on CNN and Fox News. He teaches classes on Writing Your Life Story and recently published Your Life Is a Book – And It’s Time to Write It: An A-to-Z Guide to Help Anyone Write Their Life Story.
He has also been a counselor and an administrative staff member for a leading holistic educational center. He earned a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University and an M.A. in English (Writing) from the University of New Hampshire, and has lived in seven states. He currently resides in Charlottesville, Virginia with his wife Krista and son Aibek, and travels throughout the U.S. and beyond in his role as ghostwriter.
